The city of Venice is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, and the Venice Museum is marking this milestone with a special exhibit on the history of this great city. Featuring an archive of photographs and items on display, the Venice at 90: A Restrospective Exhibit presents the development of Venice over the course of the city's history. Along with the museum's permanent exhibits, this temporary exhibition provides a glimpse of the forces, people and organizations that were instrumental in creating the city of Venice as it is known today.
Get a visual and informative lesson in the history of Venice, with information and photographs on the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, the Kentucky Military Institute, the Venice Army Air Base, the Winter Quarters of the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and much more!
